About the event
Come and unwind in a safe space where you can be yourself. Creative Journaling offers a calm mindful way to unwind. Express your feelings and connect with likeminded people.
Using writing, drawing, collage and colour, you will explore your creativity and discover yourself one page at a time. Your Story, your way.
The first session is £15.00 where you will receive your first journal. Then £10 for each session after.
All materials are included.
Tea and coffee will be provided and there is plenty of parking on site.
