Do you provide International delivery?


We provide international shipping to most countries. Please see our Shipping guide for more info. If you are unable to progress through checkout and you can't see a shipping rate, then it may be unlikely that we deliver to that address. However, please contact us as we may still be able to help.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to love our products just as much as we do, but if you are not 100% satisfied we will gladly accept most returns. Please see our Returns Policy for more information. 

How do I return an item?


Please see our Returns Policy for information on how to return a product, any information that we may need and the process involved including timelines.

When will payment be taken?


Due to the nature of the clearing system, card payments will be taken immediately.

How long will a refund take?


We will process your refund immediately in the event of cancellation or stock being unavailable and you choosing to cancel. Refunds for returned items may take up to 14 days. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.

Linking a payment card to your account?

By linking a payment card to your account, you give us continuous permission to automatically charge that card for the required value to cover the payment amount when you use your account to place an order specifying the use of this payment card.

We may charge the payment card again if the previous attempt failed. You can stop the permission by unlinking the card from your account at any time.

Exchanges & Credits?

We're not currently able to process returns for exchange and / or credit to be used against a future order. The best thing to do is to return one order and complete another order separately

How do I track my order?


We will send you a dispatch email to confirm that the item has been dispatched. We use multiple couriers and they may provide the facility to track an order. In the event that's not available please see our Shipping guide for approximate delivery times

What are your delivery options?


Please see our Shipping guide for information. We also sell our Products at Bosham Craft Centre located in Chichester and can arrange collection from the store. 

What to do if something arrives damaged?

If your order arrives and it is damaged, please get in touch. Full details of our damage policy can be found here.


 Is delivery included in the price?

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed during the checkout process and included in the 'Total'. Standard delivery is offered free on order in the UK over £75. See Shipping for more info.

 Will I have to pay import duties?

If your delivery address is in the UK, no you will not have to pay any duties.

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes when your order reaches your destination country. These and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility

Item becomes unavailable or discontinued?

Occasionally we may have to withdraw an item because it has become damaged, obsolete, or has been discontinued. If you have placed an order for an item that has been made obsolete we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative if one is available. You can choose to cancel and have a refund too.

What do you sell?

We sell amazing range of Artificial Flowers and Plant pots as well as beautiful gifts just like our Harris Tweed collection. We are also looking to expand our range in order to give our customers great ideas for Christmas, Easter, Birthdays and special occasions.
